The Current Personal Funding Requirements
Personal Funding from The Final Loans is unsecured and offered directly to qualified borrowers. The current program provides funding from $10,000 to $500,000 with terms up to 7 years. The public requirements are:
- A completed loan application provided by The Final Loans
- A minimum credit score of 670
There is no upfront fee on the program. Your rate and final terms depend on your profile, credit history, and other factors reviewed by The Final Loans.
A Credit Score Is a Starting Point
A minimum credit score is an eligibility criterion, not a promise of approval. Meeting the minimum allows the application to move forward. The review then looks at the full application before any terms are offered.
What the Review Considers
The Final Loans reviews the applicant profile, credit history, and other relevant factors before determining the available terms. The review is not a single-number decision. If the team needs more information to complete the review, it will contact you directly and explain what is needed.
What Personal Funding Can Be Used For
Personal Funding is designed for eligible personal expenses, such as a home repair or another personal expense permitted under the applicable agreement. Be clear about the purpose when you apply, because a focused request is easier to review.
How to Prepare
- Check that your contact details are current, so the team can reach you
- Know the amount you want to request and what it is for
- Review your own credit information so there are no surprises
- Read the agreement in full before accepting any offer
What Happens After You Apply
Your application enters the in-house review for Personal Funding. Our team reviews the information submitted, follows up on any required items, and determines the next step under the program criteria. A completed application does not guarantee approval, a specific amount, a particular rate, or a funding date.
Compare Before You Accept
If you receive an offer, compare the full obligation, not only the payment. Our guide to comparing funding costs explains what to check, and the Interest Rate vs APR guide explains two terms that are often confused.
