We always follow a very simple procedure like just an application needed for a Personal loan to get approved and for a Business loan we need a completely filled & signed application along with the most recent 3 months of business bank statements to get the approval. After getting the application we will send you an email about the approval or decline just in a few hours. If a client is approved then we will send the approval with all the details like loan amount, rate & payment plan. In case of rejection, we will also send the proper reasons.
For us and our partner's/Brokers security, we always needed an agreement with the client to pay the back end fee. As we are only charging the back end and not charging any up front fee, we always try to make sure that we are not moving forward with the funding process until the fee agreement is signed. Clients are bounded to pay the back end fee within 24 hours after receiving the funds in their account. In case of violation, we will send the file to the collection department and they will recover the double amount from the client.
